Educational background : Graduation from Engineering / Technology

• Master data configuration (Data template preparation and Migration)
• Preparation of Change request/new requirements specification document (RSD)
• Coordination with the technical team for RSD
• Support user acceptance testing
• Opening balance Preparation and Migration
• Crystal Reports preparation
• Responsible for Post (go live) support
• Full Cycle Implementation and Go live

Required Technical Skills :

• Require SAP S 4HANA Retail Solution Consultant with strong and proven hands-on experience in the product and in SAP S 4Hana Retail.
• This is a key Senior level role requiring deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical functional SAP Retail capabilities as well as business processes and industry best practices for Retail especially Supermarkets.
• As SAP S 4HANA Retail Lead Solution Consultant you will be expected to lead the customer project in the implementation, customization, and support.
• This role requires deep consulting skills and SAP solution expertise to drive success. SAP Retail implementation for a leading Supermarket chain.
• Additionally, the role involves hands-on implementation testing of the S 4HANA Retail, Point of Sale, and related modules.
• Job duties will include but are not limited to closely working with the chosen SAP S4 Hana Retail solution implementer/service provider in the role of client’s lead solution architect to challenge proposed solution to ensure the client achieves the best solution from the investments into SAP, Point of Sale and other peripheral solutions.
• Ability to conduct complex and interactive suctioning workshops.
• Continuously demonstrate and deliver strong and highly professional customer service commitment.
• Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• 7 to 9 years of progressive hands-on experience in one or more SAP S 4 HANA including in Retail solution and industry
• Experience in at least three full implementation of SAP Retail of which at least one must be for grocery supermarket chain.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S 4HANA Retail a must.
• Functional technical proficiency in SAP applications related to work in the full lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of design configuration and testing of core SAP Sourcing and Contract Management, Supplier Management, Operational Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Shipping and Transportation
